Overview
The Beautiful Game is an episodic, choice-based visual novel set in the unusual and enticing world of women's professional football (soccer). It has a focus on storytelling, romance, humour, and drama.
'The Beautiful Game' is a nickname for the sport of Association Football.
You are a freshly graduated sports scientist and massage therapist who has just landed a dream job at an elite women's football team. You are suddenly thrust into the bustling, glamorous, and competitive world that is Ocean City.
As the story unfolds, you will form alliances, unknowingly create enemies, and learn valuable lessons about ambition, loyalty, and ultimately about yourself and what you are prepared to do to succeed.
Through your choices in the game, you will have the chance to act as a catalyst for your club reclaiming its past glories, and stand proudly with those you love.
You can also choose another path, one that not only exposes you to the dark underbelly of professional sport, but one that tempts you in.
Football, as with life, is a game of inches. A couple of inches too far to the left or too far to the right, and you lose. Every inch matters.

I just started to play the game and I'm already fascinated by the beautiful graphics and the interesting story. Right from the beginning many interesting paths are openend and exitement and tension is built up nicely. I'm not sure who my favourite LI is but there are many different possibilities and I hope to explore them all. I'm curious how far the gameplay will lead in the first chapter but I sure hope that the game will be continued.

i see harem is planned, but will it be optional? I prefer solo paths for Lis personally but if harem is optional, i will do that too.
Harem is future tagged but you can do a monogamous route. The game is already set up this way, because right from the start to can choose to be on or off certain LI paths.

what is your patreon
Hi. You can still see the link to it on the game's landing page (once you are playing it), but I have suspended payments for now and not taking on any new supporters. I'm working on a major update + remastering existing renders so it's taking longer than normal. I don't want to be under any pressure while doing this, I just want to get the quality to a much better level than it is now at, and so I refuse to take any support funding while I do this. Progress is good, so there'll be something exciting on here before too long. Thanks for checking out my game!
When can we expect the next update?
I'm working hard on Chapter 1 v0.7 and as soon as that is done and on Patreon I'll upgrade the free version to v0.6. I have learned the hard way not to give dates in advance for the next release until I am close, because life events have a habit of suddenly ruining the best laid plans. I give regular updates on my Discord server btw so you can see progress.
I'm playing on android and i have a glitch. Before tuesday i get on the laptop and make my choices and press return but i'm stuck at that screen. Everytime i press return the dialogue continues while im stuck there
Thanks - this did not come up on play-throughs by my testers. I have just played through myself and see what is happening - it is only an Android issue. Will sort ASAP, many apologies.

hi yes sorry about that something happened just as I did my uploads before going on holiday, will sort when back tomorrow. Those things happen. I'm not on Discord. Well, I am, but I don't like the format. It's too busy. haha.
If you're looking for Patrons or some kind of income, F95 will get you noticed. you have to sign up and contact a moderator to upload the game. create an overview and tags like fetishes and what type of sexy time you are planning. NTR or cuck is a touchy subject there. Stay away from that if you can. Don't engage the mob, HaHa You will be asked about future paths like, harem, futa, trans, pregnancy, etc...by the mob, they can trip you up, and then you will get all these haters. I don't mean to scare you. just be cautious.
Your game is pretty straightforward, so you might avoid some of the headaches. those guys are animals. LOl

Will you release a bigger free version at some point?
I will but not for some time, because I need there to be an incentive for people to join Patreon to help with funding a portion of the dev costs. This will be a content heavy game and the materials are expensive, but worth it :) Just as an example there are already over twenty characters in the latest version I am working on! I may end up making a completed Chapter 1 available here, but it will depend on what the numbers are looking like.
